Coat steak with flour, salt and pepper mix.

Sear steak on both sides in a mix of butter and olive oil.

Remove the steak and set aside.

Sauté one onion and a clove of garlic until golden brown.

Place steak back into the pan on top of the onions. Sprinkle with thyme, sage and marjoram and cover with two cups of pureed tomatoes.

Cover the pan and simmer for 1.5 hours until tender.
