You can’t beat the flavors in this steak for the price. In less than 20 minutes you’ll have an impressive steak that is perfect for any occasion.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and allow to come to room temperature.

Sear both sides of the steak for a couple of minutes in a mixture of butter and olive oil over high heat.

In a preheated 250-degree oven put the pan with the steaks in it directly in the oven for 20 minutes or until your desired doneness. Use an iron skillet for this dish.

Pull the steaks and place on a cutting board and pour the cooking juice over them.

Let them rest for about five minutes.

Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
