This is the trimmed first cut from the brisket.
The day before you plan on cooking the brisket flat take a fork and poke holes all over it.
Pour a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce all over it.
Add sliced green pepper and onions and sprinkle with pepper.
Place the covered pan in your refrigerator overnight to let it marinate.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Cover the brisket with your favorite BBQ sauce and cover tightly.
Place in the oven for probably about five hours or until tender.
Let stand for ten minutes and then slice and serve.
