Preheat your oven to 350°.
Place the seasoned roast on a rack in a roasting pan, fat side up.
Roast the boneless rib roast in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of around 135°F.
Once the roast reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and tent it loosely with aluminum foil. Let it rest for about 15-20 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a juicier and more flavorful roast.
Slice thick and serve.
