Economical and flavorful, you can make this cut taste very similar to a ribeye on the grill. It is typically not as tender as ribeye but is very tasty. Top it off with a garlic butter and you have yourself a flavorful chuck steak that cooks in as little as 12 minutes!
Put in your favorite marinade the day before and let it sit in your refrigerator. Pull it out and let it sit on your counter for two hours before you are ready to put it on the grill.
On the grill cook the steak for three to four minutes on each side over direct heat and then move to indirect heat to finish to your desired doneness.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
